• Over 20 years of Information Technology experience including network support and administration, system design and development, security administration, IT Audit, and IT Security in the banking, manufacturing, insurance, and SMB sectors. Supported every version of MS-DOS, Windows, and every generation of the IBM PC.
• Former Manager of Systems Management responsible for supporting and deploying software and security patches to over 12,000 workstations and 500 servers. Spearheaded the identification, testing, and installation of operating system patches and upgrades on all workstations and servers using numerous vulnerability scanning tools and remote software delivery tools to ensure system security. Successfully installed over 200,000 security updates per quarter using Microsoft SMS, custom developed scripts, and other tools.
• Former IT Manager for a 40 branch $1.5 billion regional bank responsible for all aspects of IT operations and compliance with Financial Industry IT Security and Privacy regulations. Managed the help desk, network administrators, and network engineers.
• Former Information Technology Engineer for a consulting firm with offices in the United States and Pune, India. Managed all aspects of LAN / WAN, systems management, mail servers, Oracle Financials, firewalls, and VPN’s connecting offices.
• Extensive Banking, Insurance, and Sarbanes-Oxley experience including IT risk and vulnerability assessment, process documentation and mapping, remediation development, testing of key controls, workpaper documentation and reporting of results to senior management and regulatory bodies.

• Designed Sarbanes-Oxley compliance programs, and conducted IT audits for companies in manufacturing, defense, and pharmaceutical industries, such as Tyco Electronics, CSS Industries, Triumph Group, and Kensey Nash.
• Implemented and audited HIPAA Security programs for national healthcare organizations including the clinics at the Kennedy Space Center and the New York Stock Exchange.

• Graduated Suma Cum Laude from Saint Leo University with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a specialization in Technology Management. Received a Master of Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
• Learned computers and electronics while serving 8 years in the United States Navy.
